🚚 Return, Refund & Shipping Policy – Abhidev Spices

At Abhidev Spices (a unit of Abhidev Industries), we strive to ensure that every customer receives the highest quality products in perfect condition.
Please read our Return, Refund, and Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we handle your orders and resolve any concerns.

📦 1. Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Orders received before 12 PM (IST) are usually dispatched the same day.

Shipping Duration:

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote areas may take a few extra days.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free delivery for all orders above ₹499.

  • A small delivery fee may apply for orders below this amount, based on location.

Delivery Partners:

We use trusted and reputed courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with the tracking ID and courier details so you can track your shipment in real time.

🔁 2. Return Policy

Due to the nature of food and spice products, returns are accepted only under specific conditions:

You can request a return or replacement if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or leaking product.

  • You received a wrong item or incorrect quantity.

Conditions for Returns:

  • You must raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • Provide unboxing images or videos for verification purposes.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange for a reverse pickup or send a replacement as per your preference.

💰 3. Refund Policy

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.

  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued through UPI or bank transfer after verification.

Note:
Partial refunds may be granted in special cases (e.g., damaged items, shipping delays, etc.).

🚫 4. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used spice packs.

  • Products returned after 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items purchased during special sales, combo packs, or discounted offers.

  • Customized gift packs or special orders.

🧾 5. Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@abhidevindustries.com with your order number.

If the order has not yet shipped, we will initiate a full refund within 3–5 business days.

All Abhidev Spices products are packed in high-quality, food-grade, air-tight packaging to retain freshness and aroma.
Each batch undergoes a strict quality check before dispatch.
